Andrew Tai has always been in a love affair with automotive and technology, beginning with his most prized childhood possessions being his Matchbox collection and his first computer running an Intel 286. While his career started in a suit and tie, the entrepreneurial bug led Andrew to leave a promising career in investment banking and private equity and move into his parent’s basement to pursue his startup dream in 2011. Today, Andrew is CEO and Co-Founder of Motoinsight, a technology company that makes buying new cars easier.

Cathie Pattinson is an automotive professional with a career that spans retail dealership management, auction and remarketing project management, as well as auto-centric digital and full spectrum media mastery. She has pioneered change in the used vehicle space, through various dealerships. Most recently, in 2017, Cathie opened One Price Used Car Superstore in Milton, Ontario. With a drive to innovate and share knowledge with like-minded auto professionals, Cathie’s focus is on improving the operations and efficiency of dealerships through re-thinking key elements of the business, both on her showroom floor and within the industry at large.

Ian MacDonald is an award-winning, marketing professional with over fifteen years’ global experience in the marketing industry. In his first stint with TRADER Corporation, as Director of Consumer Marketing from 2012 to 2016, consumer audience to AutoTrader.ca soared by +212%, while unaided brand awareness from 24% to 59%. Ian rejoined TRADER in 2019, driving AutoTrader.ca to new heights again in August 2020, achieving 25 million visits. Ian has an intimate understanding of the automotive vertical as well as digital and traditional media, which gives him specific insights into how attribution can help dealers optimize their media dollars.
